I really like the idea of the MCS, and I'm looking forward to being able to deploy it on my site. I'm having a little problem which I'm wondering if you could help with.
Basically, I have a template which I use for newsletters which I tried to paste into the email for the MCS, and when I do that, it escapes all the html characters when I save the email. The result is that I can't include images or links in my email to inactive or absent users.
Is there any way for the program not to do this? It does the same thing regardless of the editor I use.

I had the same problem and the only way I found to save my e-mail texts without being escaped was prepare them in a off-line html editor (like the Komposer freeware) and save the html code diretcly in SQL table using phpMyAdmin (take a look at my reply in this topic: www.joomreem.com/support-forums.html?fun...p;catid=3&id=207)

Unfortunately, not all of us know how to work directly in mySql. Our e-mail was received without any formatting (even though it's there in the Configuration page) - no line breaks, etc., just one long running paragraph (with a bullet list running all together). This is a great extension with much potential as more & more developers use Joomla for social networks & online communities as opposed to just content delivery - but this is a base issue which needs to be resolved before it can fully satisfy those types of needs.
