I need to list the categories in alphabetical order. Is it possibile?

It is not supported in the current release, but it is a feature that can be added.

As I promised, the alphabetical ordering is added to the latest release 1.6 of the pro version.

I think there is a problem with the cache.
Try to logout and login again, and create a new subscription, don't renew your old one.
Otherwise, I can send the invoice link to pay, then I will create your subscription from my side.
