The loaded jquery version is 1.10.2, which may cause problems with ie8 or ie9
Try to revert back to jquery 1.9 or 1.8

I tried every set of jQuery library handling from v1.3.2 to 1.10.x

I think in your case jquery is loaded by the template, not K2
Review the template configuration to confirm which jquery is loaded

The problem has been solved.
It might be caused by a ja template matching plug-in.


K2 Categories Treeview module is very good!
