Well, let me know if you find any error messages.
Set error reporting level to maximum if needed.

There are no errors at all. When I disabled this extension and the plugin, my Item > Items > Extra Fields tab shows all my extra fields. As soon as I enable MEFG, my Extra Fields Tab shows nothing.
